Learning Design Product Owner (EdTech Product Development/Management)

Role Overview This role leads the development and evolution of digitally delivered learning products in a fast paced, AI enabled environment. You will shape programmes from concept through to launch, optimisation and scale, ensuring quality, market relevance and strong learner outcomes. It is a hands on senior role that combines digital product leadership, programme ownership and cross functional coordination across global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Own a high value portfolio of digital learning products from early opportunity scoping through to delivery, iteration and scale - Champion AI enabled and data informed product development practices using relevant tools and operational systems - Lead the co design and adaptation of programme curricula in partnership with University partners, industry experts and wider internal teams including, subject matter experts and contributors - Oversee the creation and delivery of diverse learning assets including written, visual and video content to high standards - Establish and analyse product and programme KPIs such as learner engagement, feedback and quality indicators to guide product development/maintenance/uplift priorities - Manage cross functional product development workflows, coordinating teams, suppliers and contributors to ensure timely delivery - Maintain clear communication with senior stakeholders, managing risks, dependencies and decision points - Identify and implement process improvements that support scalability, automation and streamlined delivery - Support the development of internal capability by shaping and guiding emerging team members and specialist roles - Ensure products meet the expected quality and relevance standards across the full development lifecycle
Job Requirements
- Eight or more years of experience delivering digital products or programmes, including at least two years at a senior level
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies including user led design and agile practices
- Demonstrated experience with AI enabled tools, digital learning platforms, analytics dashboards or related infrastructure
- Proven ability to create market relevant and robust digital learning experiences
- Exposure to Higher Ed clients and product development at Level 7 standards is desirable
- Experience with overseeing product development for technical programmes is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and strategic decision making skills grounded in data
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across internal leaders and external contributors
- Experience coordinating cross functional teams and suppliers within remote first environments
- Ability to manage workflow, budget, quality and timelines across multiple projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is advantageous but not essential

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Product Manager – Integrations to join our fast-growing global team. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of Eltropy’s integrations platform, enabling partners and financial institutions to seamlessly connect with our ecosystem. You will play a critical role in building and scaling our developer platform and partner integration capabilities, enabling integrations with: - Core banking systems - Loan origination platforms - Account opening solutions - CRMs - eSignature/eNotary providers - Digital banking platforms This role will also help drive Eltropy’s AI for All vision, powering an ecosystem where partners can build intelligent solutions and AI agents through our growing agentic AI marketplace. This is a remote position based in India, with 10% travel to client sites in the U.S. as needed. Qualifications - Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, or a technical product role. - Experience working with APIs, integrations, or platform-based products. - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum workflows and cross-functional collaboration. - Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical needs into clear product requirements. - Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation and roadmap planning to release and adoption.
