Job Description
Jr. Data Analyst
AJMedia
We are scaling fast and we don't believe the best media buyers are made in traditional agencies. They are made by smart, driven, and slightly "nerdy" people who treat data like a puzzle and refuse to stop until they've cracked it. If you graduated at the top of your class, love winning, and want to build a high-income skill working with 8–9 figure international businesses, this role was built for you. This is NOT a stable, boring, paycheck-to-paycheck job . We are looking for ambitious individuals who want real responsibility, serious growth, and the chance to manage $50M–$100M in annual business spend. THE OPPORTUNITY We hire for ceiling, not resume. We don’t need five years of experience; we need someone sharp, competitive, and hungry. You will be trained directly by senior media buyers managing millions in ad spend across platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, and Revcontent. From day one, you’ll be in the data—monitoring campaigns, finding patterns, and making decisions that move the numbers. For the right person, the path to Senior Media Buyer is fast and lucrative. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will support the management of large-scale advertising campaigns. Your daily mission includes: - Data Monitoring: Track daily spend ($10k–$100k+), CPAs, CTRs, and ROAS—identifying growth opportunities before they vanish. - Campaign Optimization: Launch and optimize native ad campaigns, continuously testing to scale profitable results. - A/B Testing: Run aggressive tests on creatives, headlines, and landing pages to draw clear, data-backed conclusions. - Competitive Intelligence: Research competitor angles and surface new market opportunities. - Strategy Support: Work with our international team on audience segmentation, budget pacing, and scaling profitable campaigns. BONUS POINTS - Experience with Taboola, Outbrain, or Google Analytics. - Familiarity with tracking tools (Voluum, RedTrack). - Knowledge of advertorial formats or native ad copywriting. Ready to crack the code?
Job Requirements
- A Top Student: Academic excellence (Dean’s List, honors, or equivalent) that signals discipline and analytical rigor.
- Open to FRESH GRADUATES or in their EARLY CAREERS only
- Highly Analytical: You are a "numbers person" who is obsessed with data and optimization.
- Ambitious & Competitive: You hate losing more than you love winning. You are motivated to make a LOT of money through high performance.
- Detail-Obsessed: You notice when numbers don't add up and you don't stop until you understand why.
- Grit: You don't wait for perfect conditions. You figure things out and ask smart questions.
Benefits
- COMPENSATION & GROWTH
- We reward results, not seniority.
- Competitive Salary
- Unlimited Commissions: Performance bonuses based directly on the profits you generate.
- Rapid Advancement: Fast-track growth opportunities as you prove your ability to scale campaigns.
