As a Business Analyst Senior within PNC's C&IB Business Technology Originations organization, you will be based in PA, OH, VA, CO, or Remote. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. EST – 5:00 p.m. EST, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST, MST would need to be available by 7:00 AM MST Job Summary: As a Senior Business Analyst within PNC’s Business Technology Originations organization, you will support the CapitalStream commercial loan underwriting platform. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to manage defects and enhancements, translate business needs into Agile user stories, and ensure effective delivery of system improvements that support commercial lending operations. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary owner for defect and enhancement requests related to the CapitalStream commercial loan underwriting platform • Review, prioritize, and manage incoming requests from multiple lines of business • Partner with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit, analyze, and refine business requirements • Translate business requirements into clear, well structured Agile user stories, including current state, future state, business needs, and acceptance criteria • Present user stories to development and QA teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective execution • Facilitate cross functional discussions between business, technology, and testing teams • Clearly document complex concepts in a concise and actionable manner • Support Agile ceremonies and ongoing backlog grooming activities • Ensure solutions align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and platform capabilities Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within technology or financial services environments • Strong experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into Agile user stories • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of work items from intake through delivery • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working cross functionally with business partners, developers, and QA teams Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting commercial lending, loan underwriting, or originations platforms • Prior experience working with CapitalStream or similar commercial loan systems • Knowledge of related business areas such as BBLC, CBCU, AMG, or comparable banking lines of business • Familiarity with commercial operations platforms such as ACBS, ACLS, CLASS, or similar systems • Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. Job Description - Directs in the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements, and participates in the development and review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting. - Provides consultation to clients on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project management. Develops and maintains of all applicable policy and procedure documentation. - Independently obtains and identifies the business requirements needed to carry out and improve applicable business processes. Provides expertise and problem-solving for clients and technology teams throughout the business analysis process. - Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs. May communicate with stakeholders and technology teams on moderately complex business requirements, provides gap analysis and facilitates future business process modeling for clients. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
