ABOUT THE ROLE Due to continuous growth, our Mobile Development Team is excited to welcome a Senior Mobile Software Engineer who will own end-to-end delivery of iOS and Android applications using AI tooling as a core part of the workflow, not an afterthought. This is a full-ownership role. You write the code, make the architectural calls, and ship the product. AI is your force multiplier; Product is your partner. You'll work directly with Product Owners, Designers and QAs to turn ideas into working software, own both mobile platforms across your projects, and maintain the AI-assisted development environment that makes this model possible. YOUR MISSION - Own end-to-end delivery of mobile products: from architecture to App Store and Play Store release - Write production-quality iOS applications in Swift and SwiftUI - Own Android delivery on your projects in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose - Using AI tooling to bridge platform-specific gaps where needed - Maintain and evolve the AI development stack: rules, skills, agents and workflow automation. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers to define scope, surface tradeoffs, and keep delivery predictable - Build and maintain lightweight backend services and integrations when projects require it - Make independent architectural decisions, with Staff Engineers available as a technical partners

• You develop UI5/Fiori applications and apps in client projects on SAP HANA 2.0, incorporating SAP CAP • You have experience with Web IDE in on-premise environments as well as with the Business Application Studio (BAS) in the cloud • Rolling out and integrating the application/app into the customer's processes is familiar to you • Initial experience with Active Directory (AD) integration and role mapping in XSA is an advantage

• The Technical Lead will be responsible for end-to-end delivery and stability of customer facing enterprise applications. • Provides hands-on leadership across architecture, development, and production support using React, Java, SQL Server/Postgres, MongoDB, and microservices. • Leads incident management, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable system performance. • Own end-to-end delivery and stability of applications using React, Java/ C#/.NET, SQL Server/Postgres, MongoDB, and microservices. • Provide hands-on technical leadership (architecture, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting). • Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and system improvements. • Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring. • Plan and prioritize sprint work across features, tech debt, and support. • Partner with product, QA, and stakeholders to meet business goals.
