Video Editor
Palta
• Designing short, high-impact videos to promote the app across various social platforms (Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok). • Generating and iterating ideas with the marketing team to enhance message clarity and visual impact. • Performing retrospective analyses of ad performance to refine creative approaches. • Using AI tools as part of your daily workflow including tools such as Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Sora, Kling, Veo and others for video generation, enhancement, and ideation. • Continuously experimenting with new AI tools and creative technologies to push the boundaries of ad production. • Analyzing competitors’ ads and social trends to stay ahead of worldwide creative patterns. • Testing new instruments, effects, and workflows to improve production efficiency. • Adapting to an agile team environment: moving between squads and developing expertise across different campaign types.
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of work experience in a similar position.
- Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- A solid understanding of composition, typography, and pacing.
- Experience working with AI tools for creative production (e.g. image/video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation).
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to create visuals that clearly communicate a marketing message.
- A modular approach to editing: treating creative iteration like building blocks — analyzing, merging, and remixing successful elements to drive results.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
- Attention to detail, strong self-organization, and time management.
- Basic skills in Figma.
