BI Developer – Offshore

Uproar by Moburst

• Build, maintain, and optimize data transformation layers using dbt and Snowflake. • Design and develop complex, intuitive dashboards (ThoughtSpot/Tableau) that visualize campaign ROI and performance. • Execute complex SQL queries to support the Head of Data in deep-dive investigations and anomaly detection. • Perform rigorous testing on your own code and data outputs to ensure 100% accuracy before deployment. • Maintain clear documentation of data definitions, metrics, and logic to ensure the BI ecosystem remains organized and scalable.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in BI Development or Data Engineering.
  • Advanced SQL: Ability to write complex window functions, joins, and optimize query performance is non-negotiable.
  • Strong experience with dbt and Snowflake is required.
  • Proficiency in ThoughtSpot (Huge Advantage), Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Excellent written and verbal English is required for complex technical documentation and remote collaboration.
  • Execution Oriented: You prefer building and coding over meetings. You take ownership of tasks and deliver on time.
  • Attention to Detail: You spot errors in data before they reach the dashboard.
  • Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem (Google Ads, FB Ads, Appsflyer, etc.) is preferred.
  • Experience writing Python scripts for data automation is a bonus.
