• Support stakeholders across departments such as Risk & Trading, Finance, Customer Operations, Compliance, and Marketing by building and maintaining dashboards and reports • Monitor and maintain existing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, timely refreshes, and resolving any issues as they arise • Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse data from various sources • Assist in identifying trends in customer behaviour, engagement, and preferences, contributing insights that support business decisions • Help maintain and improve existing reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and consistency • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and investigations, delivering clear and timely insights to stakeholders • Collaborate with the data engineering team to understand data models in Databricks and flag any data quality issues • Support the analysis of promotional strategies, helping assess cost-efficiency in customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation • Contribute to the development of self-service reporting capabilities for stakeholders • Follow and promote best practices for data accuracy, reliability, and governance • Manage BI assets using Git, following team version control standards and contributing to peer code reviews
