• Work as part of our backend team and take responsibility for a variety of challenging backend development tasks • Design and implement robust, scalable services • Ensure high uptime and meet scalability requirements • Write and maintain tests to improve software quality • Automate recurring tasks and help simplify operations • Design and communicate new API features
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and developing backend applications
- Proficient in at least two programming languages
- Extensive development experience in Python; experience with Java or C/C++ is a plus
- Strong adherence to coding principles and best practices
- Deep knowledge of web and backend technologies, especially asynchronous programming and caching
- Extensive knowledge of relational databases, preferably MySQL
- Experience with Docker; familiarity with container orchestration systems is a plus
- Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment
