Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an HR, administrative, or recruitment support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with U.S. HR processes or labor laws- Advantageous.
  • Exposure to ABA or healthcare environments- Advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and able to think independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and work “outside the box”.
