Responsibilities: - Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React.js, Typescript, tanstack, zustand, react-router and react-query. - Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and performant user experiences. - Lead and Mentor: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed. - Optimize: Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. - Innovate: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our products. - Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in a timely manner. Qualifications - Minimum of 4 years of experience in front-end development with at least 2 years specifically in React.js. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. - Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) and common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, and responsive design principles. - Proficiency in unit testing using frameworks like Mocha, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams. - CI/CD and Clean Architecture best practices. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge about relational databases (PostgreSQL, ...). - Development and architecture patterns. - Experience working with Agile. - DevOps Knowledge (AWS, Docker, Github Actions...). - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence. - English (min B2) and Spanish.
