• Como Paid Media Analyst Senior, serás una pieza clave en la estrategia y ejecución de campañas publicitarias para nuestros clientes. • Planificación Estratégica: Diseñar y desarrollar estrategias de paid media innovadoras y efectivas, alineadas con los objetivos de negocio de nuestros clientes. • Implementación y Gestión: Configurar, lanzar y gestionar campañas en plataformas como Meta Ads, tiktok, Google, Linkedin, x, Bing, DV360, Etc. • Optimización Constante: Monitorear el rendimiento de las campañas de forma diaria, identificar oportunidades de mejora y aplicar optimizaciones continuas para maximizar el ROI y alcanzar los KPIs establecidos. • Análisis y Reporting: Elaborar informes detallados de rendimiento, interpretar datos, identificar insights clave y presentar resultados a los clientes de forma clara y concisa. • Medición Avanzada: Configurar y utilizar herramientas de medición como Google Analytics 4 (GA4) y Google Tag Manager (GTM) para asegurar la correcta atribución y seguimiento de conversiones. • Innovación con IA: Explorar y aplicar herramientas y técnicas de Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y prompting para potenciar la eficiencia y efectividad de las campañas, desde la creación de copys hasta la segmentación de audiencias. • Investigación de Mercado: Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias, herramientas y mejores prácticas en el ecosistema del paid media.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia comprobable de al menos 4 años en la gestión de campañas de paid media en agencias de marketing digital o roles similares.
  • Dominio avanzado de las plataformas digitales y medios directos
  • Sólidos conocimientos en Google Analytics 4 (GA4) y Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos, generar insights y tomar decisiones basadas en resultados.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo, con excelentes capacidades de comunicación.
  • Proactividad, orientación a resultados y atención al detalle.
  • Conocimientos en Inteligencia Artificial y prompting para paid media (muy valorado).
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado (no excluyente, pero un plus importante).
  • Residir en Colombia.
