We're looking for a Member of Enterprise Technology, IT Systems who can architect and maintain the enterprise technology backbone that keeps Anchorage running. You'll own critical systems like Google Workspace, Kandji MDM, and the integrations that connect them, ensuring our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable. This isn't a role where you only work on green-field projects. You'll balance strategic systems work with hands-on support during high-volume periods or when the team needs coverage, bringing a pragmatic approach to both infrastructure improvements and day-to-day operations. If you're the kind of person who loves diving deep into SCIM provisioning one day and troubleshooting a laptop deployment the next, this role gives you the autonomy to build solutions that matter. Qualifications - L3 support experience with day-to-day operations and runtime system management. - Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, print servers, ADFS, and terminal services. - Administered IIS, FTP, and SMTP services. - Managed patch deployment tools like WSUS and SCCM. - Ensured optimal performance, reliability, and availability across systems. - Expertise in antivirus platforms and vulnerability remediation. - Provided robust support across both build and run phases of projects. - Hardened servers against threats and supported data backup and recovery strategies. - Familiar with data replication and migration methodologies. - Automated operational workflows using PowerShell and batch scripts. - Oversaw change management and regularly updated stakeholders with progress reports. - Swiftly addressed incidents, investigated root causes, and resolved issues efficiently.
