Territory Sales Representative

Role Description Integrity FEX is seeking licensed Territory Sales Representatives to serve clients within designated geographic areas. This role involves consulting with individuals and families to identify appropriate insurance solutions and assisting them through the application process. This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity operating on a commission-based compensation structure. Representatives are responsible for managing their own schedules, client interactions, and production goals. Responsibilities - Conduct consultations with prospective clients (phone or virtual meetings) - Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions - Present policy options in a clear and professional manner - Submit applications and manage follow-up communication - Maintain accurate records using CRM systems - Comply with state regulations and carrier guidelines - Manage assigned or self-generated client opportunities within a territory Qualifications - Active Life & Health license (preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Organized and self-motivated - Professional and ethical approach to client interactions Requirements - Hold an active Life & Health Insurance License in their resident state - Be eligible for appointment with insurance carriers - Maintain compliance with all licensing and continuing education requirements - Candidates without a license may apply but must obtain licensing prior to engaging in sales activities. Compensation - Commission-based compensation only - Paid on issued and placed business - No base salary or hourly wage is provided - Earnings vary based on individual production and performance - Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
