Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Community Assistant to support our internal platform operations and social media engagement. This role combines structured, process-driven tasks with light community management. You’ll also assist with ad-hoc operational projects when needed, so we’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling both creative and operational tasks. You’ll be working remotely within the GMT+8 timezone and supporting time-sensitive requests when needed. Responsibilities - Manage and monitor social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), primarily focusing on community engagement and responding to messages/comments - Support content publishing when required (scheduling and basic posting tasks) - Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and operational support - Assist with time-sensitive and last-minute requests - Provide accurate data entry and database support - Maintain organized records, documentation, and internal files Qualifications - Ability to work within the GMT+8 timezone - Reliable high-speed internet connection - Strong organizational and time management skills - High attention to detail - Responsive and able to handle urgent tasks
