Role Description We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Veterinary Clinical & Product Specialist to join our Ultrasound team within the International Zone. This role is pivotal in bridging clinical expertise and product innovation, ensuring our veterinary ultrasound solutions meet the highest standards of performance and relevance. The successful candidate will serve as a key clinical and product knowledge focal point, supporting internal teams and external partners, while ensuring a smooth knowledge transition from the current expert who is retiring. Your responsibilities include: - Clinical Expertise & Product Testing - Act as the clinical subject matter expert for veterinary ultrasound applications. - Support product testing and validation for new ultrasound systems and features. - Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure clinical relevance and usability of new solutions. - Knowledge Transfer & Capability Building - Engage in structured knowledge transfer with the current role holder to ensure continuity. - Continuously build personal expertise in veterinary ultrasound through hands-on learning and collaboration. - Develop and maintain clinical documentation, best practices, and training materials. - Training & Partner Enablement - Deliver clinical and product training to channel partners across the International Zone. - Support the growth and development of partner capabilities in veterinary ultrasound. - Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them understand and apply GE ultrasound solutions effectively. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to align clinical messaging and product positioning. - Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies. Professional Services Veterinarian As a Professional Services Veterinarian you will consult with Practice Owner Veterinarians on medical protocols to promote growth and utilization of IDEXX products, services, and medical testing; and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty. Partner with Sales Force and collaborate with internal teams, providing technical support to sales and marketing, technical training, market trials and other applicable technical activities.
