Project Administrator

CDW

• Process basic sales reporting requests including shipping, inventory, customer portfolio • Consistent key internal stakeholder follow-up to resolution • Follow up on ETAs for back ordered items • Data gathering, data entry, and report generation • Collaboration between project resources and sales • Maintain customer facing dashboards • Post Order provide Preorder & Buy & Hold assistance • Assist with Inventory, stock availability, and order tracking • Ad Hoc support services as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Support, Operations, Project Coordination or Customer Service
  • Advanced PC skills; Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience working with Project Managers on customer or internal projects
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and an optimistic view of projects and work environment
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal customers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
