Senior Customer Service Coordinator, Premium Retail Queue

Capital One

• Provide the best customer service by listening to and understanding customer needs • Problem solve and deliver a “wow” customer experience • Advocate for customers and own issue resolution • Handle complaints and/or escalated situations • Investigate customer concerns and report trending customer issues • Guide other associates to solve customer concerns and provide in-the-moment feedback

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience
  • At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
  • At least 1 year experience working in the financial industry (preferred)
