Job Requirements
- Strong background in mobile marketing platforms (MMPs)
- Knowledge of attribution models and OEM advertising strategies
- Approximately 3 years of experience in the industry
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical aspects of digital advertising
- Fluency in English (Bahasa would be a big plus)

Role: Customer Success Manager (CSM) Reports to: Regional Director of Sales, East FLSA: Exempt Location: Remote Why is this role important at Genesee Scientific? Our Customer Success Managers drive the sales of research products within our customer segment. In this role, you will primarily work virtually to build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify and act on growth opportunities within existing accounts, and ensure profitability while achieving sales and revenue targets.
