The Role We're seeking a highly-driven, curious, and technical Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This is the most critical technical role in our GTM organization, acting as the primary liaison between Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition for new partners. You will be the platform expert who builds confidence with prospects, architects solutions to their most complex problems, and removes technical roadblocks to help our team win. This role reports directly to the Global VP of Sales. What You'll Do: - Lead Technical Discovery: Drive the technical discovery process in partnership with the sales team to uncover deep-seated pain points and navigate complex technical objections. - Workflow & DAM Mastery: Propose customized digital asset management and content distribution workflows tailored to the customer's business, ensuring prospects understand how to optimize their entire creative lifecycle. - Migration & Implementation Strategy: Develop and present comprehensive migration strategies for prospects moving from other DAMs or storage solutions, providing clear guidance on library builds and transition best practices. - Technical Validation & Integration: Serve as the lead for all integration and API discussions, while independently owning the technical diligence process, including RFIs, RFPs, and complex security/compliance questionnaires. - Field-to-Product Liaison: Act as the critical feedback loop between the market and our internal teams, translating field requirements and feature gaps into actionable insights for Product and Engineering. - Technical Content Creation: Contribute to the development of technical sales assets, such as SOWs, migration guides, integration workflows, and best-practice documentation to enable the broader GTM team.

• Responsible for planning, managing and implementing technical projects in cloud, hybrid and on-premise environments • Analyze existing infrastructure and system landscapes; develop architecture concepts and roadmaps • Migrate on-premise solutions to the cloud (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP) and integrate hybrid scenarios • Operate and further develop complex system architectures (e.g. microservices, containers, virtualization, Active Directory, networks) • Act as the interface to the customer: technical consulting, workshops, requirements gathering and alignment • Provide technical leadership, coaching and support to colleagues • Ensure quality, documentation, test strategies and governance in projects • Identify and implement automation opportunities, standardization and optimization • Monitoring, performance analysis, scaling and troubleshooting in heterogeneous environments

• Develop and implement innovative IT strategies that transform business and IT processes. • Advise clients on technology trends such as AI to identify optimization opportunities. • Temporarily assume leadership roles within IT. • Lead complex consulting projects from concept through implementation. • Plan resources, manage budgets, and ensure efficient time management. • Build long-term client relationships and proactively identify business opportunities. • Conduct market analyses, identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders and clients.

• Actively support the development of safety-relevant ADAS and automated driving functions through product consulting and engineering. • Perform gap analyses, reviews, assessments, analyses and audits. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices and industry standards. • Provide hands-on coaching to our clients in the development and approval of safety-relevant products at system, hardware and software levels. • Apply technical skills and soft skills in various roles as required, such as technical consultant, safety engineer, process developer, facilitator and coach.
