• Work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of customer onboarding systems, covering the full lifecycle of financial product acquisition; • Design and implement solutions based on microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and low coupling; • Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs using Java and the Spring Framework; • Perform asynchronous integrations with systems using Apache Kafka; • Actively participate in architectural decisions, definition of technical standards, and best development practices; • Ensure application security by implementing authentication and authorization with JWT and Spring Security; • Work across the full development cycle: analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring; • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous, secure, and traceable delivery; • Implement and evolve observability solutions, including logs, metrics, and distributed tracing; • Collaborate with product, business, and other technical teams to enable new features with agility; • Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices; • Ensure high quality and system reliability through automated tests.

• Shape modern planning software while still studying, from system design through to rollout! • Design and implement new features in our desktop application or in our server backend. • Learn how customers interact with the software and what drives their planning challenges.

• You implement and optimize services and interfaces — primarily in Python on Linux systems • You ensure appropriate test coverage and make sure solutions remain robust, maintainable, and reliable • You work in an agile team and actively contribute to planning, implementation, and continuous improvement • You develop scalable backend systems and work with PostgreSQL databases as well as LDAP directory services such as Samba and/or OpenLDAP • You build and operate containerized applications with Docker

• Translate business and strategic requirements into high-level platform designs including services, APIs, data access layers, and processing workflows • Design and evolve platform services implemented as microservices, exposing capabilities through well-defined, API-first interfaces • Define reference architecture patterns for platform services, APIs, authentication, authorization, and data access • Architect self-managed platform infrastructure in AWS, including provisioning, scaling, reliability, and operational patterns • Create and maintain platform documentation including architecture diagrams, design standards, and reference implementations • Educate and lead engineering teams in implementing platform services according to architectural standards
