• Design robust and scalable architectures for systems • Work closely with teams to translate requirements into architectures • Write and review technical proposals • Contribute to guiding development through code reviews • Promote architectural standards across the organization • Analyze and document existing architectures • Detect and explain core algorithms and design patterns • Identify and record Important Technical Decisions (ITDs) • Evaluate and evolve existing architectures • Mentor engineering teams in system design
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years in Technical Architect, Chief Architect, or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or C++
- Proven ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex systems
- Deep understanding of architecture principles and design patterns
- Proven ability to identify and articulate key algorithms and design patterns
- Demonstrated experience architecting systems for scale
- Demonstrated leadership in defining architectural standards
- Hands-on experience with containerization & orchestration
- Practical experience with databases and data modeling
- Excellent grasp of DevOps principles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
