Data Engineer, Procurement

• As a Procurement Data Analyst at kiresult, you are responsible for converting procurement data into actionable insights that support our clients' strategic sourcing initiatives. • You will work directly with our clients to understand their needs and bring clarity and transparency to their procurement spend. • You will take full ownership of implementing our SaaS solution for new clients and ensure customer success. • Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using Excel and Python to enable timely and accurate analyses. • Identify opportunities for cost savings, supply chain improvements, and other procurement efficiency gains. • Support clients in interpreting analysis results and guide them toward data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, procurement, or supply chain with an understanding of procurement processes, category management, and supplier management.
  • Alternatively: experience in a related consulting role.
  • Experience with Python and Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Preferably, experience working with (financial) data from ERP systems such as SAP or Navision.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English are essential for effective interaction with our diverse clients and team members.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, understand their business requirements and challenges, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • A proactive mindset with a talent for finding innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Strong team-player skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment.

Role Description Lead and manage operational support for a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment. Drive planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
