Job Description
Sales Development Representative, Hunter
MultiBase GmbH
• You are the engine of our new business. Your task is simple but crucial: you ensure our calendars are filled with qualified initial meetings. • You are the first voice prospects hear from us, and you shape the first impression. • You convert prospects and leads into confirmed bookings for our "Gameplan Sessions" (strategy consultations). • You proactively reach out to potential customers to engage them with our lead magnets (e.g., webinars, whitepapers), thereby filling your pipeline. • You maintain our CRM meticulously. No lead is forgotten; every touchpoint is documented. • You report directly to management.
Job Requirements
- Hunter mentality: You don't wait for the phone to ring — you pick it up.
- Ideally, you have 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or as an appointment setter.
- Strong communication skills: You listen well, ask the right questions, and get to the point.
- You speak fluent German (native-level) and have good English skills.
- Self-organization: As we work Remote First, you need self-motivation. You structure your day independently, work reliably, and keep commitments.
- Tech affinity: You are comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and modern communication tools.
Benefits
- Remote First: Work from wherever you want. We regularly meet for team events to keep the spirit high and discuss strategy.
- Attractive compensation model: A fair base salary and uncapped commission for each qualified, completed appointment. Your performance determines your pay.
- Real impact: You are not a number in a large call center. You work directly with management and help build the sales function from the ground up.
- Development & coaching: We won't throw you in at the deep end. We develop scripts and strategies together. You receive coaching and learn how to position high-quality B2B services.
- Growth opportunities: If you succeed, you'll grow with the company. There are potential opportunities to take on more responsibility.
