• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, and professional services. • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients. • Collaborate with HR Works to align recruitment strategies with client needs.

Job Requirements

  • Proven recruitment experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or professional services.
  • Knowledge of the Puerto Rican job market and the ability to connect with local talent.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must reside in Puerto Rico.

Impact and Success Indicators Where you’ll make an impact in the first 90 days: - Clearly communicate the Two Chairs organizational culture and EVP - Independently navigate and utilize our recruiting platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed, Keeyora, Looker, etc.) - Hire clinicians aligned with our mission and business model Where you’ll make an impact in the first year - Consistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience. - Help drive steady growth in clinician hiring and candidate conversion rates. - Share insights and feedback to strengthen our recruiting strategies. - Identify and own one to two special projects where your unique strengths can drive broader team success. - Yield MoM growth in candidate conversion rate from phone screen to start We’re Looking for Someone With: - Have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 1 years recruiting for independently licensed behavioral health clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD) - Possess high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment - Comfortable with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills - Leverage your business acumen and ability to analyze and interpret to inform your decisions Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $82,400 - $110,00. The final offer is dependent on the qualifications and experience of the candidate hired.
