• Content Moderation (Primary Focus) • Review & Approval: Manually review incoming user reviews to ensure they meet our quality standards before publication. • Plagiarism & Duplication Checks: Investigate submissions to ensure content is original. • Quality Control: Screen reviews for spam, profanity, hate speech, or content that violates our community standards. • Guideline Enforcement: Apply our posting guidelines strictly but fairly to ensure all live content is relevant and helpful • Assist the support team during quieter moderation periods • Respond to basic user inquiries via email regarding account issues or moderation decisions • Categorize and tag user feedback to help us improve our services.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Written Communication: You have a strong grasp of grammar and spelling (fluency in English is required)
  • Attention to Detail: You can spot a copy-pasted review or a subtle policy violation quickly.
  • Good Judgment: You can differentiate between a critical review (which is allowed) and an abusive one (which is not).
  • Tech Savviness: You are comfortable learning new software tools and navigating admin dashboards.
  • Self-Motivated: You can work efficiently and stay focused on targets without constant supervision.
