• Responsible for revenue growth in Southeast Asia. • Report to the Strategic Customer Development Lead, APAC. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve performance goals. • Convert industry prospects into customers. • Create and leverage high-valued relationships to increase USP’s account penetration. • Internal Voice of Customer (VOC) for customers in Southeast Asia. • Makes on-site calls to assigned and unassigned accounts. • Identify key users, influencers, and decision-makers for USP’s products and services. • Develop account strategies to grow sales and expand relationships with customers. • Manage lead follow-up from campaigns/trade shows/events. • Collaborate with scientific affairs and marketing to strengthen customer support and loyalty. • Analyze data and prepare reports on customer sales trends.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related science field required.
- A minimum of 5 years of successful sales and account management experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical and/or Biopharma Lab Services industries.
- Integrity and trust: Never does or coerce others to do anything unethical, immoral, illegal, or anything that goes against a company’s core values.
- Strong account management skills, able to uncover customer needs and sell solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, and planning skills required.
- Ability to convert prospects into customers and build long-term relationships.

- Collaborative within various teams and successful track record working in a complex global, matrix and fast-paced multi-task environment.
- Experience in an analytical laboratory desired.

Position Summary The Administrative Manager position is divided between organizational administrative needs and supporting PHA’s largest project All Children Thrive (ACT). At the organizational level, the Administrative Manager ensures effective organizational operations by managing administrative systems, HR coordination, finance support, and executive assistance. The Administrative Manager is also responsible for identifying and implementing best practices, making process improvement decisions, and ensuring efficient, compliant operations across the organization. At the program level, this position supervises ACT’s Administrative Specialist, and ensures that program deliverables, contracts, logistics, and funder reporting are completed. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of California compliance requirements, and the ability to balance daily operations with programmatic administration. Salary - $80,000 This position is grant-funded and currently approved through December 31, 2026. Any extension beyond that period is contingent upon the availability of funding.
