Job Title: SharePoint Developer (InfoPath) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer with InfoPath experience to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SharePoint development, InfoPath forms, and workflow automation.   Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop solutions using SharePoint (Online/On-Premise). - Create and maintain InfoPath forms and workflows. - Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and web parts. - Develop and integrate workflows using SharePoint Designer / Power Automate. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Ensure performance, security, and scalability of SharePoint applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues. Required Skills: - Strong experience in SharePoint Development (2013/2016/Online) - Hands-on experience with InfoPath Forms - Experience with SharePoint Designer and workflows - Knowledge of Power Automate / Power Apps - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery - Experience with REST APIs and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus - Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Assist Westinghouse engineers and supplier contacts to understand and analyze Quality Defect Notifications • Perform trend analysis of Quality Defects for group of top suppliers • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in Quality Corrective Action

• Develop, administer, and configure a custom-built .NET software project for the agency. • Provide oversight and guidance on the replacement of existing agency software systems. • Identify and implement performance improvements across agency applications. • Conduct code reviews and testing on newly developed code to ensure quality and compliance. • Participate in all required Scrum ceremonies, including team meetings and design sessions. • Cooperate with LDWF's Technical Architect and OTS technical teams to maintain compliance with state application standards. • Deliver technical knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to state personnel. • Provide mentorship and guidance to agency staff on all requested technical work. • Complete special projects, analyses, studies, and plans as directed by agency leadership.

• Support the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) on a custom-built .NET development project. • Responsible for the full lifecycle of web application development, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. • Monitor and audit the performance of replacement software and implement improvements as needed. • Ensure compliance with state application standards in close cooperation with LDWF's Technical Architect and OTS technical teams. • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to OTS and customer-agency staff. • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and design sessions.
