• Oversee the development and/or technical activities for EDC databases build - Main technical DB build contact to study data manager • Work with Clinical Study Team through Study Data Manager to implement eCRFs in Rave Architect per protocol requirements • Create study on Medidata URL; Rave User Administration and IRT account setup; Project registration in Rave Coder; AE/SAE alert code review; etc • Leads in the support and review for the re-use of library items • Organizes, creates, and oversees the administration of training and mentoring for junior levels. • Collaborates with external professionals to troubleshoot process or implementation issues.

• Create creative and visually appealing designs for digital and marketing initiatives. • Support the design of UI elements, presentations, social media assets, and other visual materials. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project needs and translate them into effective visual solutions. • Ensure designs are clear, modern, and aligned with brand guidelines. • Contribute creative ideas and design concepts to improve overall visual communication.

• Turn static assets into animated assets • Animate logos of games in mobile application

• Adapt global campaigns for LATAM and US audiences (social, display, email, presentations). • Produce production-ready assets based on existing brand systems and creative direction. • Support regional marketing teams with day-to-day design needs. • Create simple motion graphics and social animations based on existing templates and concepts. • Edit short-form promotional or performance videos. • Adapt landing pages and web layouts following established guidelines. • Design and localize lifecycle/email templates. • Prepare assets for performance testing and iteration. • Ensure pixel-perfect localization for the Brazilian and Hispanic markets. • Support QA checks to ensure visual consistency and accessibility basics. • Take briefs from Brand, Editorial, and Growth teams. • Execute tasks independently while aligning with established creative direction. • Manage part-time workload efficiently and meet agreed deadlines.
