Job Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 1 years recruiting for independently licensed behavioral health clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD)
  • Possess high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Comfortable with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills
  • Leverage your business acumen and ability to analyze and interpret to inform your decisions
