• Create, analyze and optimize paid search campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, 3rd party SEM platforms, Youtube ads and Display ads • Conduct recurring weekly and monthly optimization tasks (i.e. keyword expansion, ad testing, negative management, etc.) • Provide consistent and effective support to Managers on day-to-day maintenance of campaigns and new SEM, Display, and Video opportunities • Deliver analysis and insights that help teams optimize creatives and landing pages, assessing metrics such as Ad CTR, Click Share, Impressions Share, Lead Rate, Enrollment Conversion Rate, CPL, CPA and Ad strength • Provide ongoing and ad hoc analytical support to the Google Ads Manager
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid search experience for large budget accounts (Google & Bing)
- Skilled in Google Analytics
- Understanding of SEO
- Certifications: Google AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advanced, and Google Display Certifications
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM, Display and Video advertising
- Advanced English Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables and formulas) a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferably – Advertising, social communication, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering or equivalent experience in online advertising (min. 3 years) accepted.

Role Description An Epic Analyst II works to build and support one or more Epic modules for live and implementing customers. This individual will work with clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle users to support nephrology practices using the Epic CKD product by performing day-to-day maintenance of the Epic system, enhancement build, and new implementation build. This person will use their knowledge and experience to solve new problems with technology and should be self-disciplined and able to thrive in a primarily remote environment.
