• Collaborate with an established fine jewelry brand to run your own operation. • Deliver consistent, high-volume, high-quality production of jewelry pieces. • Maintain your own consumables, tools, and workspace while using materials provided by the company. • Successfully onboard and meet quality and timeliness expectations.
Job Requirements
- 5-Year Minimum Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of five years of continuous professional bench jeweler experience.
- Bench Test Required: A practical bench test is a mandatory part of the vetting process to assess technical skill and quality standards.
- Essential Studio Equipment: Torch appropriate for soldering and welding platinum and gold; fully equipped, ergonomically appropriate jeweler's workbench; reliable dust and fume ventilation system; professional-grade jeweler’s setting microscope; a secure location for storing work orders; access to a UPS or FedEx shipping hub.
- Digital Proficiency: All communication, work order management, and specifications are handled digitally. Applicants must be comfortable and proficient in using digital tools for daily operational tasks.
