Role Description Nacre Capital is a global venture builder, actively seeking a talented and dedicated Sales Development Associate with a strong business orientation, analytical background, and experience in startups. This role is perfect for a self-starter who possesses strong analytical capabilities, takes full ownership of projects, and is eager to contribute to our long-term strategic success. - Take full ownership of assigned strategic projects from ideation through implementation and monitoring, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. - Conduct relegated sales/business development tasks in various portfolio companies from industries, such as digital health, medical devices, agritech, aquaculture, and more. - Work independently with minimal direction. - Prioritize tasks effectively and meet changing deadlines to ensure the timely completion of high-quality deliverables. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. - 3-5 years professional experience in a Startup environment. - Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication is a MUST. - Experience or background in the agritech space (Preferred). - Proven experience in conducting sales activities (such as inbound and outbound online sales from lead generation, cold-calling, cold-emailing to setting up calls) and generating impactful insights in the startup ecosystem is a MUST. - Experience in customer support is also an advantage but not a must. - Strong business acumen and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. - Excellent organizational, writing, and reporting skills. - Self-starter, proactive, self-motivated, accountable, and transparent.
