You communicate clearly in English, craft clean decks and professional emails, and use AI tools for drafting and automation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed, accuracy, and stakeholder alignment matter. Responsibilities - Build and refine decks, proposals and partner kits for BD and executive stakeholders. - Draft and send emails on behalf of VP/BD leads; manage inboxes and calendar scheduling. - Capture meeting notes/actions, update CRM, chase follow-ups to completion and maintain renewal cadences. - Prepare MOUs, NDAs, SOWs and contract packs (AI-assisted); maintain contract register and compliance logs. Qualifications - 2–4+ years’ experience in partnerships support, executive EA, or BD enablement roles with strong administrative delivery. - Excellent written and spoken English; proven experience producing decks, professional emails, and structured notes. - Strong CRM experience (pipeline updates, task management) and familiarity with contract workflows and document registers. Requirements - Experience with Go High Level (GHL), Notion/Confluence, or contract automation tools. - Background supporting partnerships, BD or commercial teams in fast-paced tech environments. Job Requirements
