• Lead the frontend team and drive technical decisions; • Design and maintain frontend architecture, ensuring high code quality; • Select, implement, and improve technologies, standards, and best practices; • Review code and mentor developers; • Plan tasks and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams; • Optimize interface performance and ensure stability.

• Build key product experiences using React/Next.js, JavaScript and TypeScript, Redux, React Router, Node.js, and Postgres. • Take on a multi-faceted role from analysing requirements and conducting research to coding and documentation, shipping new features, refining apps' UI/UX to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, and optimising systems for scale. • Most of your work will be focused on frontend development, and your ability to combine technical strength with design intuition will shine here. • Integrate with various APIs like ChatGPT, AWS-SES, WhatsApp API and similar third-party services to enhance app functionality and achieve quick development of the functionality. • Utilise Version Control Systems (e.g., Git, GitHub) to manage and track changes to the codebase. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance, scalability and cross-browser compatibility. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

• Design, build, and maintain media-rich web experiences for 3D Home and Interactive Floor Plan products using React, Redux, and TypeScript • Implement and optimize interactive 3D rendering experiences with Three.js, React Three Fiber, and WebGL • Collaborate with computer vision, machine learning, backend, product, and design teams to define requirements and ship high-impact features • Influence frontend architecture and technical direction to ensure scalable and resilient 3D experiences • Improve web performance, accessibility, and reliability • Engage with infrastructure and tooling as needed, including tools like Node.js, GitLab, AWS services • Contribute to automated testing and quality practices, including end-to-end tests with Cypress or Playwright • Mentor other engineers and foster an inclusive, collaborative engineering culture

• Take ownership of reducing and managing a large frontend backlog, delivering measurable improvements within defined timelines. • Develop, maintain, and optimise a React-based single-page application in a production environment. • Diagnose and improve frontend performance, including Lighthouse metrics and Core Web Vitals. • Identify and address technical debt, improving code quality, stability, and maintainability. • Build and enhance responsive, mobile-first user interfaces, ensuring consistency across devices and browsers. • Integrate frontend components with GraphQL and REST APIs, ensuring efficient data handling and performance. • Develop and maintain CMS-driven components using Contentful or similar platforms. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features. • Work pragmatically within a legacy codebase, making incremental improvements while continuing to ship features. • Participate in Agile workflows using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma. • Proactively identify user experience issues and suggest improvements aligned with business goals.
