Description Job Type Full-time Description This role is ideal for technicians ranging from early-career cabling professionals with 1+ year of experience to seasoned technicians looking to elevate their skills and grow to the next level. Our technicians & electricians work on nationwide deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and large-scale rollouts for some of the world’s largest brands, gaining exposure to the latest networking technologies and installation practices. This role is dispatched from home, meaning you can live anywhere within the region and travel directly to project sites. Reporting directly to our Field Services Manager of the region, this role will require travel to any US state as needed. Responsibilities: - Strict adherence to safety standards and ensure everyone goes home. - Designing, installation, dressing, termination, & labeling of structured cabling (both fiber & UTP copper cabling) networks in retail, commercial, & industrial settings to meet BICSI standards. - Network & device configurations with the ability to troubleshoot and remedy connectivity issues. - Verification and Certification of structured cabling network and ensure the accuracy of cable testing, documentation, and storage. - Experience with MAC (Move, Add, Change) type projects in retail, commercial, & industrial settings. - Manage and accurately log time, expenses, material, & field resources throughout project lifecycles. - Manage work orders, signoff deliverables, daily log / journal, and other project documentation, sometimes directly to customers, project management & leadership teams. - Management and maintenance of company assets & vehicle (if assigned). Requirements & Qualifications: - Must demonstrate the highest standards of ethics and integrity. - Must understand and demonstrate a safety mindset in all settings. - Must have the ability to travel, often extensively and sometimes with little notice to anywhere in the United States for several weeks at a time. - Flexibility to work the hours of the traditional second and third shifts. - Strong client / people relationship skills - Must have at least one year of experience and an aptitude for technology and working with your hands. - Three years industry experience is strongly preferred. - BISCI or other industry certifications are strongly preferred. - Phone, mobile application & PC proficiency required (Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred). - Ability to read and understand prints and schematics related to installation SOWs. - Must have a valid driver’s license & be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). - Meet company standards for pre-employment background checks and drug screening. - Typical physical demands include frequent work on lifts, ladders, and possibly rooftops and other harder-to-access areas. - Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with employees and / or clients; manual dexterity required for frequent reaching, climbing, and lifting of objects (typically up to 50 lbs.), and operating power tools. - Must have industry-standard hand tools. - Above all, our employees maintain a strong safety mindset and take pride in leaving every installation clean, organized, and professionally executed. Job DetailsBasic Job Description: The Transport Driver plays a key role in our work of transporting clients to needed care within our contracted area. They are often the only in-person representative of the company, providing excellent customer service to facility staff, clients, and family members. This full-time position is remote with a fluid block schedule. Car and software are provided; PTO, healthcare benefits, and 401(k) are available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Long- and short-distance driving, coordinating routes and schedules with dispatchers. Retrieve and secure clients and personal belongings for trip to destination facility. Maintain detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and company policies, submitting monthly to Field Supervisor. Ensure mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected promptly, reporting defects, accidents, and violations immediately. Perform daily maintenance of vehicle (refueling, cleaning, snacks/water, etc.) Interact with facility staff, clients, and family members in a professional manner. Address problems and create solutions, collaborating with Dispatcher and elevating problems to Field Supervisor when necessary. Enter data into Samsara system, maintain logs of calls, incidents, miles driven and more, submitting reports monthly to Field Supervisor. Work collaboratively with Director of Operations and Field Supervisors to update and maintain a list of facility contacts. Drive excellence by creating efficiencies that will reduce the arrival time for transports (under the 2-hour maximum). Report all overages to Field Supervisor. Other duties as assigned by Leadership. QualificationsRequirements: Minimum of a high school degree; excellent driving record. Must be at least 26 years of age. Experience in the military, security, law enforcement, mental health or other relevant position. Proficient in English (oral and written); active listener. Tech-savvy, good typing skills, and experience with data entry. Proven ability to work remotely, managing time effectively to produce results.
