Customer Success Manager

Role Description We are hiring a highly proactive and strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients. This is a client-facing role focused on driving campaign performance, optimizing outbound strategies, and building long-term partnerships. You will act as the bridge between clients and campaign execution—owning results, improving performance, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality leads.
