• Oversee daily Support staff workflow and performance • Create and manage monthly schedules; coordinate sick/vacation coverage • Serve as liaison between TSS staff and TSS Manager • Support training for new hires and existing staff • Communicate team needs, updates, and company initiatives • Assist with on‑call rotation and obtain multi‑state licenses as needed • Provide flexible availability, including emergency support

Job Requirements

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification + at least one active state license Level II or higher
  • Ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts
  • Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar tools
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and company policies
  • Preferred: MTM certification, ASHP membership, experience in med rec, tech order entry, or PIS queue monitoring.
