The Role: Mid Market Sales Manager As our Mid Market Sales Manager, you'll lead a distributed team of 8-10 elite Account Executives who own the full sales cycle for our most strategic customer segment. You'll be responsible for driving team performance, scaling our sales processes, and developing the next generation of sales leaders while reporting directly to our Head of Mid Market Sales. Purpose: Build, lead, and scale Eve's Mid-Market AE team to world-class performance—driving consistent quota achievement, elite talent development, and systematic process excellence that sets the standard for legal tech sales.
