We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (High Voltage / Substation) to support power and substation projects based out of any Hargrove office with flexibility for hybrid or remote work. This role will support utility, industrial, and energy clients across Mobile, AL, and the broader Gulf Coast region, contributing to the design and execution of high voltage systems. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead and support the engineering of substation design, power distribution, and high voltage systems for EPC projects. Candidates located in Mobile, AL or surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply, though remote candidates with relevant experience will be considered. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex power infrastructure projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, and project management.
