Senior Applied AI Expert
DataRobot
• Collaborate closely with DataRobot customers and bring your expertise in data science and the DataRobot platform to help our customers achieve their organization’s objectives with AI. • Foster an environment of autonomy where everyone is encouraged to identify and prioritize customer problems and opportunities. • Lead data science implementation and help develop a Joint Success Plan (JSP). • Support customers with problem framing, data prep, scripting, model building, model deployment, model management, and output consumption. • Represent the DataRobot product to various personas across the customer organizations spanning from data scientists to C-level executives. • Influence our customers through thought leadership by using value-based messaging to translate complex technical terms into business outcomes. • Act as a trusted advisor on AI across the customer lifecycle. • Act internally as the voice of the customer to the Product and Engineering, informing the direction of future product feature development. • Present at conferences and/or help create other marketing content.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of real-world business experience in a data science role
- 3+ years of experience in customer facing role
- 3+ years experience in Public Sector desired
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative subject
- Hands-on experience building and implementing machine learning or AI models into production for Federal/DoD/IC customers.
- Excellent communication and strong customer interaction skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with a variety of technical tools for the manipulation of data.
- Ability to understand, write and collaborate with Python or R.

Head of Threat Intelligence About the Role We are seeking a high-impact Threat Intelligence Evangelist as the external voice of our threat research and threat-driven products. This role sits at the intersection of threat intelligence, marketing, and go-to-market, and is responsible for building trusted industry relationships, shaping threat narratives, and translating real-world adversary activity into compelling content and customer value. Key Responsibilities Community Engagement & Intelligence Exchange: Build and maintain deep relationships within the threat intel community. Pay Transparancy Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for sales commission or incentive compensation based on the role or function within the company.
