Job Description
Quality Management RN, Per Diem
HCA Healthcare
• Assists with the facilitation of the performance improvement and patient safety activities for the department • Responsible for performing initial screening and analysis of reported events • Conduct data abstraction • Facilitate meaningful case review and documentation • Screens charts for quality-of-care issues and compliance with quality measures • Assists in the identification of cases for review and education • Prepares and designs meaningful reports that include statistical analysis • Participates in multidisciplinary teams to promote performance improvement
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Three years acute hospital care with understanding of performance improvement
- Registered Nurse - NJ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
