• Own and lead content strategy across all organic channels including social media, email, YouTube, and educational content • Build, manage, and develop the content team, including social media managers and content contributors • Establish scalable content production systems, workflows, and processes • Define content calendars, themes, and priorities aligned with company growth goals • Oversee content creation and distribution to ensure consistency in messaging and quality • Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure alignment with brand and visual identity • Partner with Paid Acquisition to support ad creative, messaging, and performance • Use data and analytics to continuously optimize content performance • Lead initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition • Identify and expand into new content channels, formats, and opportunities for growth

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a content marketing leadership role
  • Experience building or scaling a content team in a high-growth environment
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel content strategies
  • Strong editorial judgment and ability to write clear, compelling copy
  • Experience leading diverse content contributors and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven or direct response marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform strategy

Role Description The Interventionist works with the “At-Risk” student population to provide remediation to support academic goals to increase growth in these areas. This is a full-time position. Essential Functions: - Modifies and/or adapts the K12 curriculum in alignment with the state’s content standards to meet the unique needs of each student. - Collaborates with general education teachers to meet the goals of the targeted students through individualized and small group sessions. - Educates parents on various instructional strategies. - Ensures the implementation of the RTI instructional system to increase student achievement. - Oversees data collection and progress monitoring at every tier. - Uses data to help teachers plan whole and small group instruction; provides guidance to teachers on identifying and grouping students who need additional help. - Collects and maintains all RTI data (lists of eligible students, intervention plans). - Serves as a daily resource to school administrators, school leadership teams, and other stakeholders regarding RTI issues. - Collaborates with homeroom teachers, advisors, counselors, and additional district personnel to coordinate and track Tier 2 interventions. - Provides ongoing training and support to school/district staff regarding RTI and the implementation of the RTI and data collection procedures. - Supports teachers in documenting student progress. - Works with the special education team to facilitate eligibility for special education. - Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for face-to-face professional development, student testing, and/or as required by the school. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree AND - Active state teaching license AND - Ability to clear required background check. Requirements - Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data, and use it to drive instructional decisions. - Receptive to receiving coaching regularly with administrators and teacher trainers. - Ability to embrace change and adapt to ensure excellent student outcomes. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. - Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms. - Ability to maintain teacher certification/professional development hours and fluency in K12 systems, programs and curriculum.
