Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, Cell Therapy
Bio-Techne
• Shape and execute long-term strategic partnerships in the Cell Therapy Commercial team. • Develop and communicate national account plans for enterprise biopharma. • Establish and run executive business reviews with clear narratives and decision logs. • Serve as senior point of contact for enterprise cell therapy accounts. • Coordinate cross-functional work to accelerate high-value agreements. • Maintain high-quality opportunity portfolio to support late-stage conversions. • Lead cross-functional squads to deliver customer commitments while ensuring a premium customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field to the position (e.g. Cell Biology, BioChem).
- 12+ years of relevant, progressive experience in advanced therapies.
- Master’s/PhD with combined related 10+ years work experience in the advanced therapy space (immune cell, regenerative medicine).
- Experience in life sciences, biotech, or life science tools (preferably in Cell Therapy) managing high-value pharma/biotech partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in executive level engagements and customer-facing roles.
- Experience facilitating agreements successfully and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to translate scientific and technical complexity into clear strategy.
- Demonstrated success in working in fast-changing, matrixed enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting regulated workflows in a commercial context.
