• Direct and coordinate activities of the software engineering group • Responsible for Software Release Train for embedded software • Responsible for career development of direct reports • Responsible for forming an efficient and skilled software team from a recently created team of individuals • Act as Manager to the software group • Have a hands-on role next to being a manager e.g. as product owner or test architect • Enable the organization to deliver software of all projects on commitment: time, quality and cost • Member of the engineering leadership team • Has around 10 direct reports • Reports to the R&D Director • Manages department activities to design, implement, test and maintain software • Responsible for planning and tracking, including dependencies with other R&D Disciplines • Understand and defend software development cost estimation, ROI • Work closely with Business Line and Product Managers to determine R&D priorities and initiatives • Estimate personnel needs, recruit and develop top talent

• Experience in MuleSoft, implementing interfaces using Mule ESB, Mule API, MuleSoft any point platform. • Proficient in Mule4. • Hands-on experience in integrating different systems using connectors like Salesforce, Database, File, FTP, Web Services, etc. • Experience in building, running, testing & deploying the Mule applications. • Strong experience in message transformations like JSON, XML, XLSX, CSV, Data weave, etc. • Exposure to MuleSoft Integration using Anypoint MQ. • Good exposure to Continuous Integration & Delivery tools surrounding the Anypoint platform. • Used CI/CD tools like GitHub, Maven, CloudHub, MuleSoft Anypoint Runtime Manager. • Experience in building complex Mule flows/Error handling strategies. • Ability to troubleshoot Mule ESB flows(using Mule Debugger).

• Architect, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineers • Implement and manage state management using Redux and Redux Toolkit • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices • Optimize application performance and responsiveness across platforms • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth

• Develop and tailor features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to align with specific business requirements • Rigorously test and implement code changes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions • Contribute to the seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems and applications • Provide production support by monitoring system health, investigating incidents, and resolving issues to ensure business continuity • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate • Customize, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to support business processes • Create custom connectors, data transformations, AI Builder components, and workflow logic as needed • Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure services, and third-party systems • Monitor and troubleshoot workflow failures, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues • Manage version control, branching, and code promotion • Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments • Configure and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O components and features meticulously • Support UAT cycles, deploy solutions across environments, and provide post-deployment maintenance • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into scalable solutions • Engage proactively with team members, including architects, analysts, and testers, to ensure the delivery of cohesive and integrated solutions • Actively participate in code reviews, providing insightful feedback • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all development activities • Update and enhance documentation related to configurations and customizations • Identify and proactively address technical challenges and issues • Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 releases, features, and best practices • Adhere to best practices in security, governance, documentation, and solution architecture
