Project Manager
HALO Branded Solutions
• Builds and maintains strong partnerships with HALO teams • Builds and manages the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders • Coordinates internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Guides the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Manages implementations of solutions from multiple business units • Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget • Ensures out-of-scope items are addressed diplomatically, but adhere to contract stipulations • Ensures resource availability and allocation • Performs tasks such as developing launch copy, updating system of record with client information and other tasks • Adheres to HALO’s well-established and proven project management process using HALO’s project management tools and templates, but also recommends improvements to processes • Develops comprehensive, detailed project plans to share with clients and other staff members, and monitors and tracks progress to the plan • Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques • Reports and escalates to management as needed • Performs risk management and mitigation • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation • Delegates project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels • Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals • Uses and continually develops leadership skills • Builds and constantly improves a detailed understanding of HALO product and service offerings • Leverages lessons learned from implementations to identify and oversee improvements to internal processes and procedures • In conjunction with the Account Management group, collects feedback and uses this feedback to enhance HALO Recognition’s offerings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Project Management certification preferred
- 10+ years of Project Management in a technology-based industry, preferably for SaaS- or PaaS-based solutions
- Extensive experience with standard implementation project management approaches, methodologies, and deliverables
- Experience with change management techniques
- Experience with employee recognition programs (a plus)
- Experience using AI to expedite project management responsibilities
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Visio/SmartDraw experience is helpful
- Ability to smoothly and consistently transfer completed implementations to Account Managers for ongoing customer/program management and maintenance
- Ability to travel infrequently (may come up)
