• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios y aplicaciones del lado del servidor. • Implementar soluciones escalables, seguras y de alto rendimiento. • Colaborar con los equipos de frontend y producto para integrar interfaces con la lógica backend. • Diseñar y mantener bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales. • Escribir código limpio, eficiente y bien documentado siguiendo buenas prácticas. • Realizar revisiones de código y brindar retroalimentación constructiva al equipo. • Detectar, analizar y resolver incidencias técnicas de manera oportuna. • Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre nuevas tecnologías, frameworks y tendencias de la industria. • Proponer mejoras continuas en procesos, arquitectura y herramientas.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia comprobable como Backend Engineer o rol similar.
- Dominio de al menos uno de los siguientes lenguajes: Python, Java o Node.js.
- Experiencia con sistemas de bases de datos (SQL y NoSQL).
- Conocimientos de APIs RESTful y servicios web.
- Manejo de sistemas de control de versiones, preferentemente Git.
- Comprensión general de servicios en la nube (AWS, GCP, Azure) y prácticas de despliegue.
- Habilidades sólidas para la resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.
- Deseables: Experiencia con contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Conocimientos en arquitectura de microservicios.
- Experiencia en entornos de CI/CD.
- Interés por el aprendizaje automático o sistemas impulsados por datos.
