• Collaborate with the Head of Product to define and maintain the product vision and roadmap. • Engage with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to collect and document product requirements. • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development teams have a clear and actionable work pipeline. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features on schedule. • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that solutions meet user needs and align with business goals. • Track product performance using key metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Identify areas for improvement in product development processes and collaborate on enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or related role, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, including utilization review, case management, or revenue cycle functions, is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and practices.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis strategies.

Role Description The Digital Product Owner will drive the development and delivery of our Shopify ecosystem, translating commercial priorities from Ecommerce, Acquisition, Retention, and Loyalty, into high-quality, shipped work. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who is deeply comfortable in Shopify, thrives on execution, and takes pride in a clean, well-maintained backlog. This role reports into the Director of Technology. Core Responsibilities - Backlog Ownership & Delivery - Own and maintain the digital product backlog across web, app, and supporting platforms. - Receive briefs from commercial teams, refine them into clear acceptance criteria, and shepherd them through to delivery. - Prioritize work in partnership with the Director of Technology, balancing commercial deadlines with platform health. - Manage delivery with engineering partners, ensuring work is well-scoped, unblocked, and shipped on time. - Maintain high standards of delivery quality, particularly during peak trading periods. - Shopify Platform Administration - Serve as the primary Shopify platform owner, with hands-on responsibility for configuration, theme management, app integrations, and metafield controls. - Evaluate and manage third-party app integrations, ensuring they are fit for purpose and well-maintained. - Proactively identify platform issues, technical debt, and opportunities for improvement. - Ensure the platform is stable, performant, and scalable as the business grows. - Cross-Functional Coordination - Act as the primary day-to-day interface between commercial teams and engineering. - Work closely with Ecommerce, Loyalty & Retention, and Paid Media teams to ensure briefs are complete and requirements are well understood before development begins. - Communicate delivery status, risks, and timelines clearly and proactively to stakeholders. - Ensure tracking, attribution, and analytics requirements are captured and implemented correctly. - Quality & Governance - Define and uphold acceptance criteria and QA standards across all digital product deliveries. - Ensure consistent event tracking and data integrity across web and app. - Maintain clear documentation of platform configurations, integrations, and delivery decisions. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Digital Operations, or Shopify platform role. - Hands-on Shopify experience is essential, including theme customization, metafields, app configuration, and admin. - Proven ability to manage a backlog, write acceptance criteria, and drive delivery in an agile environment. - Comfortable working directly with engineering partners and translating commercial briefs into technical requirements. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under deadline pressure. - Strong communicator who can manage stakeholder expectations without overcomplicating the process.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Pliant Assistant and AI-enabled spend intelligence experiences • Define how customers understand their spend, identify opportunities to optimize it, and take action with less manual effort • Build natural-language and assistant experiences that allow users to ask questions about company spend and financial data, receive trustworthy answers, and take guided next steps • Drive the progression from insights to recommendations to action, including proactive monitoring, alerts, suggested actions, and automation where appropriate • Develop insight-driven product experiences that go beyond dashboards, with a strong focus on workflow integration, usage, and measurable outcomes • Own the product direction for the AI foundations currently sitting in this domain, including access to models and providers, secure connections to platform and customer data, and internal capabilities that support high-quality AI experiences • Partner closely with Engineering and Data on structured data models, pipelines, evaluation, observability, reliability, and guardrails required for trustworthy AI products • Define reusable AI patterns and best practices, and enable other product teams to embed AI into their domains where it makes sense • Write detailed product requirements, go deep with engineers on backend-heavy problems, analyze usage data, talk to customers, and iterate quickly based on real-world feedback • Define and monitor KPIs such as assistant adoption, percentage of actions taken from insights, percentage of decisions influenced by AI, reduction in manual analysis, and measurable spend optimization • Ensure AI experiences are accurate, understandable, secure, and aligned with customer trust, compliance, and operational requirements
