Operations Assistant

PACS Group, Inc.

• Identify the roles and responsibilities of the AIT in a Long-Term Facility. • Assist in analyzing the various operations within a nursing facility. • Act as a liaison between the nursing facility, residents, families and outside community. • Compile and develop reporting on budget projections, revenue and expenses. • Monitor industry regulations, laws, compliance updates and make changes as appropriate. • Assist in contract negotiations with vendors under the direction of the Preceptor. • Participate in Advisory committees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products.
