Project Manager (Construction) House Buyers of America is looking for a Field Manager who will be responsible for the project management of our home renovations. This person will oversee all aspects of 5-10 projects per month including bidding out jobs, permitting work and ensuring everything is completed according to the project timeline. This person will drive to and work from different job sites scattered throughout the greater DMV Area area therefore you must live in Maryland, DC or Virginia. We do not have a corporate office to report into. This is a field based role. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with PBM implementation experience to oversee the successful delivery of IT projects from inception through implementation. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that technical and business requirements are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will also support broader IT initiatives within the organization, helping to drive efficiency, maintain clear communication among stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities - Manage assigned projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by scope, budget, and timeline. - Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate with multiple teams and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation. - Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. - Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. - Prepare documentation (typically involving MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Project) as part of stakeholder communications. - Support other IT tasks and initiatives within the organization. Qualifications - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing or in a key IT operations, delivery and maintenance position for a government or private sector client in health care development project. - Previous experience successfully implementing at least two (2) Pharmacy PBM implementations. - Previous experience with managing Azure Infrastructure. - Previous experience in managing SOC audits and deliverables related to audits. - Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or have a comparable project management experience, preferred. - Previous experience leading and coordinating system implementation activities, including evaluation, training, and reporting. - Good knowledge of IT industry practices related to managing and delivering IT software development projects (including Requirements management, Software Development and Delivery, and Quality management practices). - Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills. - Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders – including Conduent Business Team, Conduent Vendors, and multiple Conduent Technical teams. - Able to work with limited supervision and take responsibility for assigned tasks. - Successfully function within a project team and be a team player in an environment of deadlines and project milestones. - Proficiency with Microsoft Project, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Visio, and MS-PowerPoint and its application in support of project delivery. • Perform ICT portfolio management activities, process management, support for tools in use, and deliver related training. • Regularly monitor the various ICT portfolios, holding ICT project owners accountable for the progress of requests across the different stages of the implemented portfolio management process. • Guide and support ICT project owners in all relevant aspects and activities of their projects. • Manage ICT portfolios: monitor each portfolio item through the different stages of the process; produce reports; and perform critical analyses. • Lead follow-up and prioritization meetings for ICT portfolio items.
