Job Description

Radon Mitigation Partner

Greenworks

• Receive and manage radon mitigation projects referred by the GreenWorks radon inspection team • Evaluate properties and determine appropriate mitigation system design based on site conditions and radon test results • Install sub-slab depressurization or crawlspace systems in accordance with NRPP, EPA, and Colorado (DORA) requirements • Communicate clearly with homeowners, real estate agents, or property managers regarding system functionality, expectations, and safety • Coordinate or conduct post-mitigation testing as needed • Submit required reports, system photos, and completion documentation to GreenWorks • Ensure clean, professional work that aligns with our commitment to service quality

Job Requirements

  • Active NRPP Radon Mitigation Certification (or Colorado DORA-accepted equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of radon mitigation experience in residential environments
  • Familiarity with Colorado’s radon regulations and EPA standards
  • Must have reliable transportation and necessary tools to perform the work
  • Liability insurance and a business license (as applicable to operate as a contractor)
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to pass a background check (if required by certain clients or properties)
