Integrated Financial Settlements

Role Description Arcadia Settlements Company is seeking a self-motivated Case Manager to join our remote field team. In this role, you will provide essential support to field Consultants and manage case work data entry with precision and attention to detail. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn the structured settlements industry and its complexities, while demonstrating flexibility in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Open case files within one day of receipt and close files within one week of notification - Ensure accurate data entry of cases into Resolver (case management system) - Maintain database records in Resolver, diary and update files, and run periodic production and performance analysis reports - Send medical records to life companies for substandard age ratings and follow up on ratings received - Log substandard ratings in case files and maintain comprehensive documentation - Check, design, and update settlement proposals, completed within one business day - Create confirmation letters and legal documents on settled cases within one day of settlement - Follow up on premium requests, ensuring timely receipt confirmation to meet purchase deadlines - Coordinate with clients, defense attorneys, and plaintiff attorneys on settled case documentation and handle business as directed - Process file information and correspondence according to required deadlines - Handle special client filing processing as needed - Prepare original annuity applications within one business day - Monitor progress of settled files and maintain current status tracking - Provide general administrative support to Consultant(s) as requested - Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as directed or as appropriate per field office Qualifications - Initiative and self-motivation to work independently and proactively - Ability to work effectively with others in a collaborative environment - Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to follow directions accurately and consistently - Reliability and dependability in meeting deadlines - Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written - 3-4 years of office experience in a support role - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience preferred - Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Strong administrative and organizational capabilities - Ability to learn and master in-house case management system (Resolver) - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Requirements - Proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities and work effectively under pressure - Recent experience performing data entry in a case management system or equivalent - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Prior experience in the Financial Settlements, legal, or insurance industry Work Environment - 40-hour work week with flexibility to adjust hours based on business needs - Must be available to work flexible hours as required by business demands - Regular verbal and written communication with team members and external parties - Extended periods of sitting at a desk and computer workstation - Dexterity of hands and fingers required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and related equipment - Light physical effort required, including occasional handling of objects up to 20 pounds and frequent handling of objects up to 10 pounds If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining the Arcadia team, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter through our careers portal.
